Remove irrelevant or nonsensical properties of territories

Description

Some islands are uninhabited like Bouvet Island [BV], Heard & McDonald Islands [HM] and Clipperton Island [CP]. However, they are listed with currencies used there, I think this can be a little bit misguiding:

Antarctica is inhabited, but not with any permanent civil residents. I wonder why it is marked with localization data like paper size, measure system. I guess that must depend on which country that carry out their activities there?

We need to make it clear that we assign some properties to uninhabited territories, in order to make it easier for testing and verification.

Also, Bouvet Island [BV], Heard & McDonald Islands [HM] and Clipperton Island [CP] are listed with population="1"? I guess it should be population="0"?
