Compare fontconfig to CLDR exemplar characters

Apparently, CLDR’s exemplar character database is not very reliable; in type design circles, people seem to look at the fontconfig project as a better source for which language uses what characters. Therefore, it might be good to compare CLDR’s exemplar characters with fontconfig’s database. I wouldn’t suggest to import fontconfig’s data into CLDR (the licenses will likely conflict anyway), just to analyze the deltas and to publish the differences. Then, potential errors can be resolved on both sides.
