CLDR Ticket #9882(accepted data)
Unicode 10 script metadata
|Reported by:||markus||Owned by:||markus|
New scripts: Figure out which ones, make sure we have ISO script codes, add them to the script metadata. http://cldr.unicode.org/development/updating-codes/updating-script-metadata
Change "ID Usage (UAX31)"=Aspirational to Limited_Use: http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr31/tr31-26.html#Aspirational_Use_Scripts
As of Unicode 10.0, there is no longer a distinction between aspirational use and limited use scripts, as this has not proven to be productive for the derivation of identifier-related classes used in security profiles. (...) Thus the Aspirational scripts in Table 6, Aspirational Use Scripts have been recategorized as Limited Use and moved to Table 7, Limited Use Scripts.
(I'd be happy to take this ticket.)
