What is need to be done for Tatar locale release?

Description

Hello.

What is need to be done for Tatar locale to include it into the next release?
My company work on Tatar localization and internalization (for Sailfish OS) and currently we had to copy main/tt.xml and main/tt_RU.xml from "seed" to the "common" directory and patch/rebuild a lot of software (Qt, namely).
Personally I'm a software developer, but we have linguists and translators and we would like to help with Tatar locale "stabilization"(?) and release.

Thanks in advance.

Reach out to the report to find out which organization they are part of and if the company is a member of Unicode.

I'm not sure if I understand the comment.
Do you suggest me to find some "report" and check if the exist tt{,_RU}.xmls are part of some organization? Or it is a question if we're a part of organization, which can be a member of Unicode?
AFAIK we're not a member of Unicode.

My company cooperates with Tatarstan Academy of Sciences / Research Institute of Applied Semiotics, so we can do the job, but we need to know what is the "show stopper" for the locale and what is needed to be done.

Hi!

Replying to a.akulich@…:

I'm not sure if I understand the comment.

The comment was a note to the CLDR-TC on what we intend to do.. "We will reach out and find out…"

No, it was just a note, sorry for the confusion.

AFAIK we're not a member of Unicode.

Certainly. We will get some more detailed response here.
