I believe there is an error on this paragraph on page 410 of Chapter 2 : East Asian Script, under Ideographic Description Sequences :

"Ideographic Description Sequences are defined by the following grammar. The list of characters associated with the Unified_CJK_Ideograph and CJK_Radical properties can be found in the Unicode Character Database. See Appendix A, Notational Conventions, for the notational conventions used here."

As far as I could verify, there are no properties in the UCD with the names Unified_CJK_Ideograph and CJK_Radical. These should be Unified_Ideograph and Radical, respectively, as shown on Table 7. Property Index by Scope of Use at UAX #44 Unicode Character Database.

I know that, and certainly I'll report this if it's really an error. Could you confirm this ?

I think you did enough research to come to a conclusion.

Looks like the "CJK_" was dropped off the property name at one point during their standardization, most likely, without that change being fed back into the text.

So, feel free to report away.
