I would like to know if there are a unicode for the base 10 with blocks: units, tens, hundreds .....

Well, all code points are simple hexadecimal numbers, so they can be easily converted to decimal with just about any calculator or spreadsheet program. I'm not sure what else you could be talking about.

It's a bit unclear what you mean here. I can think of several interpretations, but perhaps, rather than speculating, you could elaborate a bit?

I'm sorry if my message isn't very clear. I'm french educated.
I'd like to represent for example the number 27 or 353 with a block ten bases
This is an online tool to do it (manipulatives, ten bases blocks )

but I need the unicode if exist

If I understand the stuff in the link correctly, Unicode does not have such characters (and they would not seem appropriate for encoding).
