Richard Gillam is one of the development engineers on the Internationalization team at IBM's Center for Java Technology in Silicon Valley. His team developed the internationalization classes in the JDK and is responsible for maintaining them. He has designed large sections of four internationalization frameworks, including the JDK, writes a column for "C++ Report" magazine, and is a regular speaker at various industry conferences. |
