Malek Boualem is a software engineer and finished a PhD in computer science in 1993 at Nice university, France. He is specialized in multilingual software and is one of the authors of MtScript - a multilingual text editor - which won the 1996' CNRS/ANVIE prize. M.Boualem worked with the CNRS (French National Research Center) for the EC Telematics Applications Programme and now he is working with the CRL in designing multilingual tools.
