Marcin Sawicki is a Microsoft Word Program Manager specializing in Web standards and internationalization. Member of the W3C I18N Working Group, he is the editor and co-author of the "International Layout in CSS" and "Ruby" W3C Working Drafts. At Microsoft, he is the key designer behind HTML and CSS support in Word 2000 as well as a number of international, programmability and Y2K features in this and previous versions of the product. Marcin received his Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Computer Science (Honors) and a Certificate in Cognitive Studies from Princeton University in 1995. He is a native of Poland. |
