Richard W. Youatt is a graduate of the University of Sussex, and the Institut International of the University of Nice. He has lived in California since 1973, where he has worked in research, government, and the private sector, including 5 years in the Language Products division of IBM. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science, and is currently employed as Operations Manager by the American University of Armenia Corporation. He acts as technical advisor and UNICODE consultant to the national standards body of the Republic of Armenia. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
