Dr. Jennifer DeCamp completed a doctorate in applied linguistics from the University of Texas in 1988. She was an international program manager at Xerox Corporation from 1986 to 1992, focusing on the development of foreign language technologies ranging from machine translation interfaces to text processing in complex languages. She worked as a private consultant and in 1993 joined MITRE Corporation, a Federally Funded Research and Development Center, where she has been providing technical support to the Foreign Language Committee. |
