Kentaro Noji - IBM Japan, Ltd.
Kentaro Noji joined IBM Japan as a software engineer in 1994. He has been
mainly working for providing technical support on software Globalization in
the area of web server products. Currently he has another responsibility
which is Linux locales' opensource project at IBM developerWorks. He
belongs to Globalization Center of Competency, Yamato in IBM.

Since joining IBM Japan in 1986, Tetsuji(Tet) Orita has been working mainly
in the area of Internationalization for focusing on Asian double-byte
character set countries. Currently he is responsible for the character code
standardization of double-byte character set in IBM.
