He has extensive experience in natural language processing, internationalization, and Web technologies. He is a co-founder of the Association for Computational Linguistics Chinese Special Interest Group (SIGHAN). His previous experience includes lead engineering roles at Spyglass, Apple Computer R&D, and Symantec. He studied cognitive linguistics at Clarkson University and computer science at the University of Vermont. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).

license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
