Comparison of Unicode Programming Models in Programming Languages

Most programming languages nowadays have some way of handling Unicode and other character encodings. This talk will analyze and compare the different models are implemented and utilized in different programming languages. Among else, C/C++, Java, Perl, and Python will be discussed.
