Gihan Dias

Dr. Dias is Advisor to the ICT Agency, and its liaison with Unicode. He chairs the ICTA Language Requirements Working Group and has been instrumental in the development of local-language computing.
He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Moratuwa.
He has been active in the Networking and Internet field for the past 12 years.
