Donald Osborn
Bisharat!
Donald Z. Osborn is an expert in rural development with extensive experience in West Africa. In addition, he founded Bisharat, A language, technology and development initiative in March 2000. Bisharat has served to facilitate information exchange and collaboration on issues of African languages and ICT. Dr. Osborn has published a lexicon for Fulfulde and various articles. He is teaching at the Chengdu University of Technology (Chengdu, China) in 2004-5 and continues to work on Bisharat and African language and development issues.
