To the best of my knowledge, there is no official web page for the ISO
standards. If you look at unicode.org, you will see two pages
Language Codes: ISO 639, Microsoft and Macintosh Cross-Reference
Country Codes: ISO 3166, Microsoft and Macintosh Cross-Reference
that both list the contents, and have cross references between those
standards and Microsoft and Macintosh codes. The Microsoft ones have
been vetted by Microsoft. The Apple people have never responded to
requests to vet the Macintosh ones.
