I am actively working on Egyptian, and have looked into Akkadian somewhat.
UTC and WG2 are of course interested in Thai extensions and so forth.

Evidence for characters in use can be presented to the Unicode Consortium
and to representatives of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC2/WG2 to be considered for
encoding. You are invited to do so, of course.
