Yup, sorry, he asked for their "relationship". I did not intend to imply
that those charsets are identical, merely that they are related. 1250
and 8859-2 need a table for conversion, and 1253 and 8859-7 do too. 1254
is a superset of 8859-9 (similar to 1252 case).
