As a reminder, this is a package that supports ctype-like operations for
Unicode UCS-2 text (and surrogates), case mapping, decomposition lookup, and
numeric value lookup from data files compiled from the Unicode Character
DataBase (UCDB).
This release has no bug fixes and here are the changes:
o Support for a couple more upcoming character properties (Pi,Pf).
o Only canonical decompositions are compiled (those with no tags).
o More flexible loading/unloading/reloading of data files.
The compiled form of the data now totals around 55K. Under the 64K barrier
once again.
