CAPITAL LETTER KRA is found in ISO 5426-2:1996 and has been proposed for
inclusion in the UCS (http://www.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg2/docs/n1747.pdf).
CAPITAL LETTER KRA looks like a K'.
