key, character and glyph codes

As we all know, key, character and glyph codes are 3 distinct types of
things. For character encoding, we have Unicode (and some others).

What do we have for key codes? I've seen references to ISO 9995, but it
seems to be for keyboard layouts. Or does it also contain info about key
codes (numbers)?

What about glyph codes? Are these being standardized? I've heard of
AFII, and I've heard that Asmus is involved. There doesn't seem to be a
link from www.unicode.org to AFII. Or did I look in the wrong place?

Thanks,

Erik
