There are new pages on the Unicode web site describing of the past and
current versions of the Unicode Standard. The precise contents of versions
of the Standard are described on
http://www.unicode.org/unicode/standard/versions/enumeratedversions.html.

In addition, the version numbering conventions and guidelines for usage are
presented on http://www.unicode.org/unicode/standard/versions/.
