A minor correction to Mark's listing of private use code points
available:

> Only the values in the private use
> areas (E000..F8FF, E0000..10FFFE) are legal for private assignment.

That should be:

U+E000..U+F8FF
U-000F0000..U-000FFFFD (FFFFE,FFFFF are not usable currently)
U-00100000..U-0010FFFD (10FFFE,10FFFF are not usable currently)

For a total of 137,468 private use code points.
