Does anybody have some sample text written in a West or East European
language (Roman or Cyrillic) in (a) UCS-2, and (b) UTF-8?

Something I can use to test round-trip integrity between a Latin
alphabet (1, 2, or 9, or Latin/Cyrillic) and UCS-2 and UTF-8, that I
know is in proper UCS-2 or UTF-8 format to begin with.
