I say "you are Ireland" in the sense that when Ireland is addressed in the
WG, you answer. Similarly, Mr. Clinton "is America" for certain purposes.

Many, certainly. If there are N members of WG2, I think that Ireland
appears more than 1/N times. That is a disproportion, without regard
to whether it is good or bad. I think it good, myself.
