For example, JPCERT open these documents in various forms. Would you
use following files? Same content is encoded in JIS, Shift-JIS and
Japanese EUC.
o JIS
ftp://ftp.jpcert.or.jp/pub/jpcert/nl/99-0003-01.jis.txt
o Shift-JIS
ftp://ftp.jpcert.or.jp/pub/jpcert/nl/99-0003-01.euc.txt
o Japanese EUC
ftp://ftp.jpcert.or.jp/pub/jpcert/nl/99-0003-01.sjis.txt
