1. As far as I recall, those pages -- while very nicely presented -- do not
completely reflect the actual software behavior on Windows. For example, 1258
lists 81 as undefined, while I believe that the Windows software actually maps
it to 0081. Correct me if I am wrong, Chris.
2. Unicode vendor mapping tables are the responsibility of the vendors. If they
are not going to be updated, then they should be removed from the Unicode site:
replaced by a pointer to the actual vendor site that has the updated mappings.
