Existing Normalization Code libraries?

Hi, everyone,

If this is an inappropriate use of this mailing list, apologies in advance.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any companies that provided/sold the
subject libraries. C or C++ would be great. I see that at
http://www.unicode.org/unicode/reports/tr15/Normalizer.html there is a
Normalization demo. Is there a similar C/C++ library available?
Alternatively, who could I contact to discuss grabbing the Java and porting
it?
