An easy start would be to publish the character properties in UnicodeData
format. That file doesn't do it all, but it provides most properties of interest:
name, general category, combining class, decompositions, numeric values,
general 1-1 case mappings, and BIDI: 14 properties in all
There are also separate files, for historical reasons, providing Arabic/Syriac
shaping classes (2 props), East Asian widths (1 prop), line breaking properties
(1 prop), and case mappings that are not general or not 1-1 (1 prop, effectively).
