Basis Technology's free Uniconv utility should work for you:

http://unicode.basistech.com/Win32/uniconv220.zip

You would use a command-line similar to:

uniconv ucs2 infile.uc2 ascii outfile.txt

        -tree

I'm badly looking for a converter from unicode to ANSI/ASCII for Windows
98/ Windows NT.

I Know that there is a tool called UCONVERT from MicroSoft, but I can't
find any download for that.

Anybody who could help me please answer!
