Good afternoon
Does anyone have any experience in going from UTF16 to CIDMap (at this
point probalby GBK or Big_Five)? I'm assuming that UTF16 has one set of
table definitions, analogous to a typical CIDMap, so it's a matter of
translating from one table to the other. I gather NCF (network hanzi
filter) can be used for this.
