Have a look at

  http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/unicode.html
  http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/ucs-fonts.html

where you will find various fonts and pointers to where you can get
them listed. The new ISO 10646-1 extensions of the -misc-fixed-* fonts
that come with XFree86 4.0 are for example available at

  http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/download/ucs-fonts.tar.gz

Should be fine here. For Linux/Unix specific questions about Unicode, there
is also the

  linux-utf8@nl.linux.org

mailing list, to which you can subscribe easily by sending the message
body "subscribe linux-utf8" to majordomo@nl.linux.org. There is also the
http://www.xfree86.org/devel/archives/fonts/ archive of the font mailing
list of XFree86, if you are interested in very technical discussions
related to Unicode fonts under X11.
