The problem with that is that the copyleft symbol is a reversed C, not
a reversed R. See the online examples at http://copyleft.net.
I supposed 042F 20DD might be proposed by the Copyleft people as a
symbol for a "registered copyleft", however.

Someone in this thread has already suggested:

2183 20DD

for the copyleft symbol.
