In the latest issue of Multilingual Computing & Technology, #32, the
featured web site is Unicode which gets 5 stars for quality, 4 stars
for coolness and 5 for 'related'. Kudos to our webmaster, Asmus.

On page 33 in an article about multilingual domain names, 'UTF-5' is
mentioned: "... the client converts to address to UTF-5 (ASCII)." Is
there a TR or other write-up on UTF-5 that I could obtain to learn more
about it? TIA.
