Other than UTF-8, generally speaking, this does not happen, since many
browsers will not support it. IE 5.01 and 5.5 seem to, for what its worth...
but not even IIS will.
For UTF-8, there are many such pages. One is

and it has links at the bottom to other UTF-8-encoded pages.
