Of course, we use a lot of Latin characters in everyday life (btw,
newspaper don't use much Latin characters in their *articles*. Usually
they transliterate them in Hangul). When I wrote 'all-Hangul', I did
NOT mean 'no Latin characters' BUT 'no Hanja'. It's so obvious to me
that I never imagined there could be a question like yours :-)
