Sorry, I erred in my attempt to clean up the page by editing it prior to sending it.
Attached here is the actual page output, including the leading "2002fifa" ascii characters that were also RACE encoded as part of the registered name, as well as the Hangul ... as usual, the computer is right, the human screwed up.
