more character trivia

Of the characters in the Currency Symbols block, why is the Rupee sign the
only one with a decomposition? (Alternately, why isn't it
non-decomposable?)

Also, U+2120, U+2121 and U+2122, why does 2121 have a <compat>
decomposition while the other two have <super>?

Still in the Letterlike Symbols, why does 2107 Euler constant have a
<compat> decomposition rather than <font>? Surely there must be some
constraints on the typeface that can be used for the Euler constant.
