Which reminds me that, once again, another minor revision of Unicode will be
released without the addition of LATIN SMALL LETTER N WITH DIAERESIS, as used
in the name of the fictitious band "Spinal Tap." Will Spinal Tap fans be
capable of correctly positioning U+0308 so it fits over the "n"? Only time
will tell.
