No, it's "wine" with three additional strokes. This how it's
classified in the KangXi dictionary. Since it's Morohashi index is
one more than the index of a character which undoubtedly has the
"wine" radical, that would appear to be how Morohashi indexes it,
too. (I don't have a copy of Morohashi at home to look at.)

Doesn't have to be; nothing to correct.
It is on occasion something of an art figuring out the correct
radical/stroke position for a character in this kind of an index, sad
to say.
