Yes it is, but Jack has allowed Jim Breen to include SKIP codes in
kanjidic, so I would think it would be realistic to ask him to allow
the method to be used.

So you replace radicals with something else. It's the same problem:
someone not familiar with hanzi are no better served with that method
than sticking to Kangxi or some other, er, radical, scheme.
