This is representable in Unicode as <006E, 0335>. On the website, they
are showing these characters by using <STRIKE>n</STRIKE> markup.

The problem here is that they are assuming HTML is Latin-1, and have
their hacked up representation, "Alphabet Street Representation", to
deal with non-Latin-1 accented Latin characters ("s<" for s-hacek, and
so on). It would be nice if they updated this to move forward to
UTF-8, in which case they could do away with most of the hacks.
