Thaana symbol identification

Working through the Thaana glyph set from the Haveeru (http://www.haveeru.com)
Faseyha typeface, two extra symbols are available.

Looking at a snapshot of some glyphs from the font
(http://crl.nmsu.edu/~mleisher/faseyha.gif), the glyph at 0x6F appears to be a
non-spacing version of RAA (U+0783), and seems to appear at least over the
equal sign as in 0x24. Then again, it may just be my untrained eye that sees
it as a RAA.

The other unknown symbol is at 0x40, which also looks like it involves RAA.

Any info on these two symbols would be greatly appreciated.
