In addition to Mail and TextEdit, I've been able to type Plane 1 stuff into
the Mac OS X Stickies screen notes program, the Address Book program, and
the Finder (e.g. to name file folders). Plus the (non-Apple) OmniOutliner
outlining program and the Okito Composer word processor.
