Both of the ConScript Registry pages say:

     "...it has been suggested that this character set be
      included into the Unicode standard and ISO 10646."

...which is fairly subtle if a reader hasn't seen the ConScript
home page.

Thelordoftherings.com's web master might consider noting in
some way that the ConScript encoding's aren't official, but
are rather an ad hoc agreement among users for code points
in the "Private Use Area" of Unicode.

Based on the counters on the web site's home page, it is a very
popular site.
