The only reference I know of is the following book:

  Giovanni Stary
  Die chinesischen und mandschurischen Zierschriften

  ISBN 3-87118-428-4

On page 89f he describes the Niao3 shu1 zhuan3 ³¾®Ñ½f, citing the
Qing1 chao2 tong1 zhi4 ²M´Â³q§Ó, vol. 12, p. 6813.
