Why don't you ask someone who is fluent in Japanese to translate it? It
sounds like it would take someone who has partial knowledge literally
years
to finish translating a piece of work like this.

I'm not a professional translator and don't have time to impersonate
one,
but I'm happy to help with headings, etc. if I can.
