Anyway, how do I document something that cannot be encoded so far? Do
I have to handwrite, scan that and submit the graphics (like Horagai
Pages)?
I think the closest reference to that is the promo page of EGWord 12
by Ergo Soft. One of the biggest sales points of the product is that it
can spell 24 different "Watanabe", using Hiragino font on OS X. In
order to achieve the capability, EGWord uses Gaiji areas of Hiragino,
some of which without matching unicode codepoints.

I've seen their demo at User group meeting at Apple Japan HQ. That
was such an impressive demo that "Watanabe-san" example came natually....
