Half character representation in telugu

Sir/Madam,
I cannot find on Unicode charts the "half forms" of Telugu letters (or any
other Indic script). These characters are needed to form words such as
"Swagatam".Is unicodes for half characters are available or not. If yes,
please give the site detailes.
Please respond asap.
